DELGADO RESIDENCE

This urban, downtown residence is in a vibrant historic neighborhood near Canyon Road. This was a completely blank canvas due to the major renovation of this old Santa Fe home. Surrounding this home on a modest scaled property, Surroundings created the feeling of expansive gardens for guest arrival, an outdoor living room with a fire pit, an outdoor dining room, and a contemplative outdoor bedroom under a copse of aspen trees. A water feature spans between two outdoor rooms where it is still and reflective in one space, and then spills and creates a wonderful sound for the dining space.
