MUSEUM HILL RESIDENCE
This Santa Fe east side residence for a family near Museum Hill is where Surroundings collaborated with Tierra Concepts and El Toro to first preserve and celebrate multiple large specimen Piñon trees around the property, which created a strong connection to the existing site. Local stone was utilized as design features to channel stormwater to the landscape, provide natural seating opportunities, and to create multiple outdoor living terraces on this sloped site. Surroundings also designed all metalwork for the residence, including the shade structure and rebar fencing.
